OUR LEGALS

General

All pay monthly offers subject to security and credit check. Charges will apply for paper billing. Charges may also apply for non-Direct Debit payment, unless on the EE network. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Full Legals.

RPI+/CPI

Each year, your Pay Monthly airtime tariff will be adjusted according to a Fixed Annual Price Change (Three), RPI+ (O2) or Consumer Price Index (EE, Vodafone) rate of inflation. Your bill will be adjusted in March (EE) or April (O2, Three, Vodafone) by 4.5% (Three), or the rate announced in January (EE, Vodafone) and February (O2) that year (plus 3.9% on EE, O2, Vodafone).

Data Speeds

Advertised 4G speeds are available in selected areas. Exact speed depends on location and number of users. Check coverage using the link in the shopping basket before buying.

Cashback

Unless otherwise stated, cashback incentives are provided by ourselves and not the Network provider or third-party. Full details are in our T&Cs.

EE LEGALS

International Calls & International Calls Extra Add-On (EE)

Included in your Add-On is calls from the UK to standard landline or mobile numbers in selected countries. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries. Redial before 120 minutes to avoid call charges.

Apple Music Membership (EE)

The individual Apple Music Membership Add-On is free for 6 months for customers on EE pay monthly or SIM only phone plans and adding the Add-On to their account for the first time. After 6 months, membership automatically renews and you’ll be charged £9.99 a month unless you cancel. Unless you have an Apple Music Streaming Add-On, data usage will decrement from your plan’s data allowance. Apple Music terms apply. For more details go to ee.co.uk/applemusicterms.

BritBox (EE)

6 months free: Available to customers on 4GEE and 5GEE consumer pay monthly plans requesting the BritBox add-on for the first time. Starts when we receive your request and continues for 6 consecutive months. After 6 months, the subscription automatically renews unless cancelled for a 30-day minimum term at the standard monthly price (currently £5.99).

Allowances (EE)

Use your allowance to call/text UK mobiles and landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 when in the UK. Out of allowance calls to these numbers cost 67p/min. From January 2022 a £2 daily charge applies to use allowances in the EU/EEA; Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man treated as EU/EEA. Data fair use policy may apply in EU/EEA. Deposit needed for roaming in limited circumstances. Calls to 084, 087, 09 & 118 numbers are not included; you'll be charged an Access Charge of 67p/min plus the applicable service charge. Personal use only.

Apple News+ (EE)

Offer available to consumers and Small Business customers on an EE pay monthly or SIM only phone plans on a 12 month or more minimum term. Individual Apple News+ Membership is free for 6 months. One offer per customer. If you’ve already subscribed to Apple News+ you will not be eligible for six months free, you will only be eligible for 5 months free from the day after your 1 month free period with Apple ends. After 6 months, membership automatically renews and you’ll be charged £9.99 a month directly through your Apple Account. You can cancel at any time by cancelling your subscription through your Apple device. If removed from your Apple account during the first six months, you’ll be unable to get the add-on again free of charge. Requires a device using iOS 12.2 or later or iPad OS 13 or later. Download speed is capped at 0.5Mpbs.

5G Plans (EE)

Plans include access to our fastest 5G speeds if you have a 5G device. 5G coverage needed. Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on a Smart Plan. Smart Benefits available dependent on Plan. Choose your Smart Benefit at purchase, via My EE or by texting 150. We may at any time change the range of swappables available, the content of swappables or the minimum length of time each must be active for. Third party subscriptions may be required. EU Roaming (EE)

Customers on eligible plans will be able to use their minutes, texts and data when roaming in the EU/EEA, a £2 per day charge applies. Speed and service will vary depending on the service available in the country you visit. You must be normally resident in the UK. O2 LEGALS

Roaming (O2)

Call, text and data allowances can be used in our Europe Zone, subject to O2’s fair use policy. For Pay Monthly customers with UK data allowances over 25GB (including unlimited data) data use in our Europe Zone is capped at 25GB, after this you will be charged £3.50 per GB. International rates apply when you’ve used up your allowance or make calls, texts and data outside the Europe Zone. 4G (O2)

4G-ready phone (or device) required. 4G is subject to availability and a 4G SIM and software update may be required. Additional charges may apply for 4G service. See o2.co.uk/coveragechecker to check coverage in your area.

Priority (O2)

Only on O2. You must be an O2 customer, 16 or over with internet access. Data charges may apply. Offers subject to eligibility criteria and availability. When they’re gone, they’re gone. Terms apply - see o2.co.uk/terms.

O2 WiFi (O2)

O2 WiFi is subject to availability. Fair use policy and terms apply. No registration required for O2 customers at 4,500 of over 15,000 hotspots. Registration may be required in remaining hotspots and for all non-O2 customers. See o2.co.uk/wifi for more info. Terms apply - see o2.co.uk/terms.

Extra Data (O2)

Extra data allowances only apply during your 24-month minimum term. 24-month minimum term Pay Monthly contract means if you wish to cancel or leave within the term, you will need to pay the standard monthly tariff for the remaining months. Unused mins, text and data allowances must be used within the month and cannot be carried over. Data can be used in the UK and when roaming in our Europe Zone only. UK calls/texts to standard UK landlines and mobiles and when roaming in our Europe Zone. Excludes premium-rate and service numbers. Fair Usage policy applies. Promotional Discount (O2)

All promotional tariffs that consist of a financial monthly discount bolt-on will display the original tariff price and not the discounted price in the My O2 App. However, the financial discount will show as a bolt-on, which is listed in the bolt-on section of your account.


THREE LEGALS

Roaming (Three)

Three Advanced customers can use their allowance in 49 EU destinations, as well as 22 extra countries including the USA, Australia, New Zealand and more. A Fair Usage Policy for data abroad applies. If your domestic data allowance is greater than 19GB, you will be subject to a fair usage policy of 19GB whilst you are roaming in the network's Europe Zone: this means you can use a maximum of 19GB from your data allowance while roaming.


VODAFONE LEGALS

Secure Net (Vodafone)

Red Extra and Entertainment plans come with a free three-month Vodafone Secure Net trial, to help protect your device from online treats and risks. After your free three-month trial, Vodafone Secure Net is charged at £1 a month, and is added to your monthly bill and will renew automatically on your billing date each month. You can cancel any time by contacting Vodafone.

Entertainment (Vodafone)

Vodafone Entertainment plans come with a choice of free entertainment for 24 months (12 months or 24 month on SIM only, depending on the duration of your contract length), including YouTube Premium, Amazon Prime Video and Spotify Premium.

Roaming Fair Use Policy (Vodafone)

Data usage when roaming has a 25GB roaming fair use policy per billing month in Roam-free, Global Roaming Plus and Roam-further destinations. Please go to www.vodafone.co.uk/travelling for details of our Roaming Fair Use Policy.

Roaming (Vodafone selected plans)

Vodafone Global Roaming Plus is included in selected new and existing pay monthly plans, allowing you to use your home plan in 48 Roam-free destinations, as well as an additional 33 popular Roam-further destinations including Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Fair use policy of 25GB applies.

Roaming (Vodafone)

There is a £2 per day charge for customers using their home plan when roaming in the EU/EAA. There is a £6 per day charge to use their home plan abroad in 105 destinations with ‘Roam-Further’. For Unlimited Max and eligible Red Entertainment plans (bought between 4 September 2018 and 9 July 2019), customers can use their home plan in 81 destinations with Global Roaming Plus.
