What counts as a broken phone?
Choose the Faulty condition if your phone has any of the following:
- A cracked or shattered screen or back glass
- Display faults such as lines, dead pixels or a touchscreen that won't respond
- Liquid damage
- A battery that won't charge or holds little charge
- Faulty cameras, buttons, speakers or charging port
- Performance faults, such as a phone that won't power on or keeps restarting
Phones must not be reported lost or stolen, and must have Find My iPhone, Google account and any other locks removed before you send them.
